The Baltimore International College, founded in 1972, is a college located in Baltimore, Maryland that grants specialized degrees in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management .

Located in Baltimore's Inner Harbor, the college runs it's own restaurant and hotel in the city, the Mount Vernon Hotel. The college also has a satellite campus in County Cavan, Ireland at the Park Hotel on the 100 acre (400,000 m²) Virginia Park campus.
