Brian Giovannini, born in 1974 in Florence, Italy, is a cartoonist and lead writer in The Bayside News located in Houston, Texas.

His comic panel, "Postage Due " appeared in newspapers in California, Colorado, Montana, Utah, Texas, New York, New Jersey, and Iowa, from 2000 to 2002.

Brian Giovannini grew up in Monks Iowa During his time in college, he collaborated in a comic strip entitled "Partly Cloudy" which ran in the local newspaper, the Of The Monks Comic Outlet. He was an illustrator for the Monks Symphony Cookbook and a cartoonist for Aon Consulting

Mr. Giovannini, as well as being the former editorial cartoonist for the Swainsboro, Georgia Forest-Blade occasionally consulted for Voce Italiano (1996 interview of Ambassador Peter Secchia). He worked on a translation of Canto XXVII, the Hell of Dante.
