Conecuh Ridge Fine Alabama Whiskey, also known as Clyde May's Conecuh Ridge Alabama Style Whiskey, is a variety of whiskey produced in Alabama. The whiskey is aged in caramel charred barrels giving it a sweet caramel taste. In April 2004, the state Senate voted to make Conecuh Ridge Fine Alabama Whiskey the official state spirit, overriding the veto of Governor Bob Riley.
