Hair is a 1979 film based on the musical of the same name. It was directed by Milos Forman, who was nominated for a César Award for his work. Cast members include Treat Williams, John Savage, Beverly D'Angelo, Lee "Skeleton" Wilson , Don Dacus and Annie Golden.

It omits the song "My Conviction" from the play, and adds a bit more of a veneer of plot, although the piece remains essentially a revue.
