Hino (日野市; -shi) is a city located in Tokyo, Japan.

As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 171,309 and the density of 6,222.63 persons per km². The total area is 27.53 km².

The city was founded on November 3, 1963.

Hino is the home of Tama Zoo (多摩動物公園: Tama Dōbutsu Kōen), operated by the government of Tokyo.
