Irun: Basque city of the province of Guipuzcoa (Basque: Gipuzkoa), Basque Country , Spain.

One of the biggest cities in Guipuzcoa, its border-city condition (it's located on the border between Spain and France) has made of Irun a comercial and logistic centre, with important railway infrastructure.

Irun is part of the conurbation of Txingudi bay (with Hondarribia and Hendaye), and is also involved in the Eurocite Basque Bayonne San Sebastián.
