Joey Beltram (born November 6, 1971) is an American DJ and record producer, known best for the pioneering techno music recordings "Energy Flash", "Dominator", and "Mentasm". He is strongly associated with the Belgian techno scene and the Transmat record label. His current album is his 2002 Form & Control .
