Katherine Harby-Williams (or "Harby Williams") rose to captain the Australian national netball team.

Later she moved to New Zealand, where she was the "import" for the Auckland Diamonds in the 2004 National Bank Cup series.

She was in the television commentary team for the 3-match test series against Australia in winter 2004.
