Klang Valley is the area in central Selangor, Malaysia comprising Kuala Lumpur and its surroundings and suburbs naturally delineated by hilly areas and the Port Klang coastline. The Klang Valley encompasses Kuala Lumpur, Bangsar, Petaling Jaya, Sungai Besi , Subang Jaya, UEP Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Klang, Gombak , and Batu Caves, among other towns. The conurbation has a total population of over 3 million, and is the heartland of Malaysia's industry and commerce.
