Konflict is a legendary Drum and Bass production duo consisting of Kemal and Rob Data. Konflict was the name chosen to represent them while releasing work on the seminal label Renegade Hardware.

Along with Ed Rush & Optical , Cause 4 Concern , and Sinthetix , they are considered the pioneers of the modern neurofunk sound.

After being signed to Renegade Hardware in 1999, the Glasgow duo released tracks including "Roadblock", "The Beckoning", and one of the most notable drum and bass productions ever written, Messiah, which firmly cemented their place in the global drum and bass scene. They also brought a minimalist deep Detroit vibe to the pushing dark side of drum and bass.

- Rob Data quit the duo to pursue college, and Kemal went on to continue producing.
