Ladytron is a contemporary British electropop band. Various journalists have classified them as electroclash, but live shows include real life guitarists and a drummer.

They have obscure lyrics, some of them written in Bulgarian as vocalist Mira Aroyo is Bulgarian. A number of their songs are poppy, while others are more experimental. The band name is taken from a song by Roxy Music. They perform onstage wearing similar uniforms.
