The National Bank of Pakistan has its headquarters in Karachi, Pakistan. It has branches throughout Pakistan as well in USA, Canada, Germany, France, Bahrain, Egypt, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, The Peoples Republic of China, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyz Republic, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.

The bank provides both commercial and public sector banking services.

As of March, 2005, it's Chairman and President is Syed Ali Raza.
