Saanich

Saanich is a Native American group from the north coast of the Olympic Peninsula in Washington and on Vancouver Island in British Columbia.

Saanich or also refers to their language, amember of a dialect continuum called Northern Straits which is a Coast Salishan language. The Northern Straits dialects are closely related to Klallam.
