Sisavang Vong King Sisavang Vong (November 1885 - 1959) was born at at Luang Prabang, Laos on July 14, 1885. His father was Zakarine , king of Louang Phrabang and mother was Queen Thongsy . Sisavang Vong was the last king of Luang Phrabang and first king of the Kingdom of Laos.
